FocusCore is recruiting on behalf of a Hong Kong listed hospitality company. They are seeking a Finance Manager and Company Secretary to be working mainly in Macau.

Reporting to the CFO, the role is responsible for group level reporting and consolidation including interim and annual reports as well as company secretary. You will provide critical financial analysis and closely monitor internal controls and procedures. You will play a key role in assisting senior management in group's future investment projects and strategic business developments.

To be considered for this role you should be a degree holder with minimum six years of relevant experience. CPA qualification and Company Secretary experience is a must. Working experience in listed companies is highly preferred. Excellent command of English and Mandarin are necessarily in both written and spoken.
