Responsibilities:

• Typing of confidential and sensitive medical report by audio transcription
• Manage incoming dictation tasks as and when required
• Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
• Responsible for consolidation of reporting/films and distribution arrangement
• Prepare daily KPI reports and update courier records
• Coordination with nurses on reports’ follow up and enquiries

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
• At least 2 years experience in audio typing, experience in medical and legal typing is preferred
• Experience in working with Microsoft Word at intermediate level
• Good communication skill
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or more
• Excellent attention to details and high accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and manage workloads to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously
• A motivated and dedicated approach to work
