Job Role:

• Work with our cloud products with ongoing technology update
• Perform product testing and design
• Perform system and network analysis, planning, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, security operations, trouble-shooting and documentation
• Perform prompt remedy actions, track and update progress from various parties to ensure problems been solved with minimum service impacts.

Requirements:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of TCP, UDP, Routing, Windows and Linux Servers
• Virtualization technologies such as VMware/KVM/Hyper-V
• Experience in cloud storage and any other cloud technology is a high advantage
• Programming/scripting experience is a high advantage, particularly on system programming and web programming 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
