Responsibilities

• Perform systems maintenance including backup,software/hardware installation and configuration
• Maintain and monitor network and system
• Responsible for daily backup of various systems, reports generation and distribution
• Conduct daily operation tasks such as support call handling, network equipment monitoring, batch processing and emergency support
• Provide AV support to staff

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science/IT related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years IT support experience
• Co-operative, good sense of responsibility
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong trouble-shooting and analytical skills
• Willing to work overtime and meet tight deadlines
• Daily working schedule : 12:00pm – 8:00pm
