Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and quality customer services to business associates including handling of enquiries
• Experience in policy administration duties with good customer service skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Participate in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

• Degree or other recognized insurance qualification
• Min. 3 years experience in Group Insurance, of which 1 years at supervisory level
• Excellent telephone manner & service attitude
• Independent, responsible and willing to learn
• Good PC skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior position

 
Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
