Responsibilities:

• Maintain good communications between HK team and Japanese headquarters to facilitate planning and projects
• Manage events and daily store operation
• Identify and implement new initiatives for improving service standard
• Communicate and coordinate with headquarter, partners and staff members on event planning and improving service.
• Develop new clients database and retain good relationship with loyal customers

Requirements:

• Japanese speaking is preferred but not a must
• Good command on both written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience in event operation
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Understand quality of service
