Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the team in daily operation, filing and data entry
  • Prepare materials & color swatch cutting
  • Prepare materials for meeting
  • Send parcels
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least two years relevant work experience in Merchandising field
  • Honest, open and approachable
  • Well organized, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, responsible, team player and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin and English
