Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all administrative and technical activities related to offshore survey projects.
- Liaise with local shipping agent to gather and obtain operational permit.
- Update the weekly and monthly permitting matrix.
- Assist Project & Fleet Manager about port clearance, bunkering and the relevant logistical support with local shipping agents, Party Chief onboard and Master.
- Assist Project & Fleet Manager with disseminating third party vessel costs from survey costs during port calls.
- Draft the plan of works for survey project.
- Full support to our ship management in administration and registration.
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- A University Degree, experience in ship management field, but not essential.
- Sound computer applications skills such as Word, Excel, and Chinese words input.
- Independent, detail-minded & strong interpersonal skills.
