Responsibilities:

• Provide equipment delivery service to the customers
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers for logistic arrangement and maintenance
• Monitor tracking system and liaise closely with system supplier to maintain system stability
• Offer alternative solutions to settle logistic problems
• Prepare irregularities report and follow up with customer
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with 2 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Independent, self-motivated, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Well versed in Internet & Office applications with knowledge in Chinese word processing
• Work Location: Chek Lap Kok
