Customer Service Coordinator (Ref no: OPCT1701CO)

Responsibilities:

-      Coordinate with related external and internal parties to ensure smooth daily logistics operations through system

-        Handle enquiry on logistics issues and build up good relationship with clients.

-        Coordinate with logistics service provider and prepare and analyze monthly report on service provider performance for continuous operational excellence

-        Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

-        High Diploma or above in relevant area

-        Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua

-        Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

-        Well-organised and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

-        Self-motivated and able to work independently with good sense of responsibility

-        Able to work under pressure and willing to work over time when required

-        At least 2 years working experience in logistics industry
