Job Description
Our client, an US based international law firm is urgently looking for a Paralegal in Banking & Finance Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and preparing corporate authorization and registration
- Handle loan agreements ranging from bilateral loan transactions to structured acquisition and syndicated secured financing
- Handle legal research on a regular basis
- Prepare ancillary documents if needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder, obtained LLB degree is needed
- At least 1 years experience in handling financing transactions documentations
- Knowledge in debt market is essential
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with fluency of English is needed
