Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Vice President, including both business and personal matters.
• Co-ordinate all aspects of travel plan and arrangement
• Managing the calendar and arrange daily appointments
• Handle business correspondence e.g. prepare memo, translation, meeting materials etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Tertiary Educated, with formal secretarial training is an advantage
• 2 years secretarial working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Pro-active, good communication skills, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
