Our Client is looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound or outbound calls regarding enquiries on general banking products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend the full benefits of comprehensive range of products and services
• Provide high quality banking services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• To cross-sell or make referrals on I & I products

Qualifications:

• HKCEE of HKDSE holder
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience in retail banking, customer service or telesales
• IIQE and HKSI licenses preferred
• Customer-oriented, good communication and problem solving skills, with a strong service mindset
• Good command in spoken English and Cantonese, and Putonghua would be an advantage
