Responsibilities:

• General office administration and clerical work
• Follow up purchase order and delivery schedule
• Handle incoming call and correspondence
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 standard with at least 1 year working experience
• Proficiency in computer skill such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook etc.
• Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• FRESH graduates will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
