Responsibilities: 

1. Project coordination and preparation of design and drawings
2. Accountable for Civil/Structural/Geotechnical design work
3. Perform TCP roles under the Building Ordinance and Regulations
4. Vetting of Contractor’s submission of desin, program, organization chart, method statements, shop drawings, CBWD, CSD, as-built drawings, etc. 

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design
3. Strong communication skill, good command of spoken and written English
4. Must have relevant Hong Kong working experience

We have been working with local developers, contractors and institutions on numerous projects in residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and religious sectors. Besides contractor design and build projects, we are currently working as project consultant for several developments in Hong Kong, including an Aviation Training Centre in Chek Lap Kok, several residential building projects, church, as well as some large scale renovation works for commercial building and shopping centres.
