To cope with the expansion of the agency, our client is seeking for a high calibre PR professional to lead the business development function in the agency.      

As part of the Senior Management Team, you will report to the Head of Hong Kong and lead a professional team. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities; managing the entire new business process from attending briefing sessions to leading brainstorm sessions; delegating key tasks and development new business proposals as well as managing scope of work within budget guidelines. You will also be overseeing a significant portfolio of clients and building strong client relationships, and provide overall strategic directions and quality standards.  

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline with at least 10 years of experience in PR agencies or in-house communications functions, with strategic client servicing, people management and new business development experience. You are an inspiring leader with creativity and passionate; self-motivated, well-organized with analytical skills. Excellent writing, communications and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory.
