Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail/commercial/residential properties
• Handle general leasing of new letting/renewal negotiation/related administration
• Responsible for tenants’ enquiries and complaints
• Assist in formulating/implementing development and expansion strategy
• Analyze market trends, data research and prepare regular leasing reports
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ of relevant working experience in Hong Kong/China
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese, conversational Mandarin
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
• Less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
