As our Executive Secretary, you are required to provide full spectrum of professional secretarial & personal administrative support to our Chairman. Besides, you should responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing presentation materials for meetings, annual and business reports; drafting internal & external correspondences for senior executives. Furthermore, you are expected to handle ad hoc projects and assignments for our business group.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Translation / Language or related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in sizable or multinational companies and serving top executives
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Meticulous, highly-organized, capable of working under pressure and able to adapt to fast-paced & ad-hoc working environment
• Possess great business acumen and a “can do” attitude
• Immediately available is highly preferred
