Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing documentation and measurements of business process
• Responsible for the implementation of new projects, systems or services
• Establish process and measurements to ensure smooth and efficient operation start up for new customers
• Improve process through collaboration with IT on system enhancements and automation initiatives
• Facilitate response to RFQ and manage tariff
• Conduct cargo claims analysis and recommend solutions to achieve claims reduction
• Coordinate with Corporate and Regional offices to roll out improvement projects
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Logistics Management preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in consolidation / logistics industry
• Sound knowledge of operating logistics related system
• Possess strong process management and problem solving skills
• Excellent analytical skills, proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work overtime and travel is required occasionally
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
