Responsibilities:

• General administrative and secretarial support
• Preparing monthly financial statements of Supplies & Customers
• All daily accounting functions such as account payable and receivable and provide general administrative duties.
• Assist in reviewing, formulating and establishing office administration policy and procedure
• Support HR functions, e.g. recruitment coordination and attendance/leave record update

Requirements:

• F.7 or above, fresh graduates is preferred 
• At least 1 year experience in office administration
• Proficient in MS Office & other PC application
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Detailed mined, presentable, good organization skills, proactive attitude and good communication skills
• Able to manage multi-task with tight time-line
• Immediate available preferable
