Responsibilities:

• Supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and steps of service are met through all guests interactions.
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
• Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
• Work with team members is service and food preparation to minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Bar / Restaurant Management or extensive experience.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience at a managerial level in a 5-stars hotel or a deluxe bar or restaurant.
• Fluent is English and Chinese, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of Spirits, Beers, Wines and Cocktail Bar Preparations.
• Knowledge of cuisines,preparations and service.
• Administration knowledge of large F&B operations and Quality management.
• Good knowledge on basic accounting and calculation of food and beverage costs.
• Have a well groomed, professional appearance.
• Able to work under pressure
• Creative, with excellent leadership and communications skills, good knowledge of English.
