Job duties:

• Directly report to CEO & Chairman
• Manage the daily operations of the club 
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. 
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, government laws, and ordinances. ™
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of drinks and service. Maintain professional club image, including club cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. 
• Work with Corporate office staff for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.
• Work closely with shareholders and management team
• Handle ad-hoc project as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years or above solid and related working experience in F&B, lounge and night-life industry (Club/Disco experience mostly preferable) and at least 5 years in managerial level;
• Degree or above is preferred but not a must;
• Comprehensive knowledge;
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent communication, leadership and management skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
• Strong executive capability;
• Good problem solving skills & analytical capabilities;
