Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting team in PRC by streamlining and enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency;
• To be in charge of overall financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, tax issues, financial consolidation and reporting for the company and its subsidiaries;
• Review and develop internal control procedures and policies of factory operations;
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers;
• Provide professional financial advice to top management
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and qualified accountant under ACCA/HKICPA
• Over 10 years financial exposure with more than 8 years working experience in PRC manufacturing environment;
• Familiar with PRC government and customs laws and regulations, accounting system, taxation, especially in manufacturing accounts;
• Well acquainted with Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems;
• Knowledge in SUN accounting system is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment;
• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Required to station in Dongguan, PRC

Those with less experience will be considered as Accounting Manager
