Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain full set of accounts & prepare financial statements;

- Handle daily office functions & documentation;

- Assist others to complete financial & administrative duties;

- Handle ad-hoc assignments are required by management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor in Accounting or related disciplines;

- At least 8 years of relevant experience;

- Experience in Quickbook or Peachtree preferred;

- Mature, detailed, well-organized & able to work under pressure;

- Able to work independently & meet tight deadlines;

- Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese;

- Immediate availability preferred.
