A leading company is looking for an Accountant/Assistant Accounting Manager to join our expanding team. We specialize in formulated resins manufacturing and applications in Hong Kong and is certified to ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions and month end closing
• Perform monthly reporting and analysis for management review
• Assist in reviewing accounting operations, internal control policies and procedures, cost saving, approval control and accounting policies
• Analyze and interpret operating results and provide value added operational input to management
• Assist month end payroll audit, statutory audit and tax
• Monitoring expenses and activities for our ChangAn, China office (company car provided)
• Perform ad-hoc assignment by management

Requirements

• Degree in accounting
• Student member in ACCA or HKICPA
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience in handling full set of accounts independently in the manufacturing (construction industry will be preferable)
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong/PRC accounting standards and taxation
• Good computer skills with intensive use of Excel PivotTable/V look up, FileMaker Pro, PowerPoint and hands on experience in ERP accounting system preferred.
• Attention to details and organized
• Good interpersonal, analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
