Job Description

Job duties:

  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the unit
  • Provide clerical support such as typing, data processing, filling and delivering office documents
  • Handle incoming calls and assist in recruitment logistics


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Proficient in computer skills including Chinese and English word processing, MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
  • Good interpersonal and communications skill
  • A good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability is preferred
