Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing new electronic banking systems to facilitate cash pooling system within the group
- Assist supervisors in restructuring treasury operations, daily procedures and manuals to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with subsidiaries on daily treasury operations, including cash management, deposit placement, foreign exchange, bank account administration, fund transfer, and intercompany loans, etc.
- Provide loan-related administrative support, including the preparation of loan drawdown documents, bond issuance documents, and loan compliance monitoring
- Assist supervisors to liaise with banks on funding arrangements for investment properties and projects under construction
- Prepare periodic treasury reports
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Banking or Finance
- At least 3 years of working experience in corporate treasury or banking industry (credit & marketing). Past experience in handling cross border treasury transactions is an advantage
- With knowledge in treasury operations related to cash management, loan arrangements and financial products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Immediate available is an added advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
