Responsibilities:

1. Assist different business units in implementing business process improvement projects proposed by the management, internal auditor or external auditor
2. Capture and analyze user requirements, system analysis, design & documentation of functional specifications, and provide recommendations on implementations
3. Work with IT for feasibility assessment
4. Develop and maintain project plans that communicate tasks, status, and delivery dates
5. Prepare prototype to elaborate ideas to fulfill user requirements
6. Work directly and closely with different business units and IT department

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Business / Computer Science / Process Engineering or relevant disciplines
2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in business process and workflow improvements
3. Experience at renowned management consulting firm or sizeable organization is strongly preferred
4. Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
5. Project Management Certification (PMP) is an advantage
6. Able to work with various parties across all levels, internally and externally
7. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and efficiently
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; Good reporting writing skill in English is required
10. Candidates with less working experiences may be considered as Analyst, Business Process Improvement
