Responsibilities: 

• Network and socialise with clients of Club XIII. Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
• Develop customer CRM to improve and maximize customer outreach establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the management team
• Maintain professional relationships with media to support achieving the goals outlined in the marketing and communications strategies
• Maximise opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research and targeted editorial pitch plan
• Ensure that all promotions, social media work, advertising, direct mail are in line with Club XIII’s image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
• Work with team to establish customer database, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and maximizing overall effectiveness of promotional strategies
• Reviews and analyzes team performances against programs and plans to determine strategic effectiveness

Requirements: 

• Love to build! Passion to growth! Great with people!
• 3 years of experience in F&B industry, hotels and hospitality, fashion media, luxury brands
• Fluent in Cantonese, and business level proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge in Marketing/PR and communications activities
• Strong client relationships and customer focus
