Responsibilities:

• Conduct life insurance products, sales skills training and regulatory training for bancassurance
• Develop and Assist in the course design of training initiatives for banks
• Identify training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
• Handle CPD administration, registration and documentation
• Administer general training documentation, reports and prepare training materials
• Prepare documentation for accreditation of CPD courses
• Handle enquiries from bank and customers

Requirements:

• University graduate in business, finance or related discipline(s)
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in training and development, preferably gained from established financial institutes, insurance companies or bancassurance
• Hands-on experience in such training aspects as program design and delivery especially for frontline staff
• Sales experience in insurance, personal products or financial planning a definite advantage
• Passes in IIQE Paper I, III, IV, holders of FLMI qualification and preferably with  CFP qualification
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Possess good computer knowledge and competent in the use of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
