Responsibilities:
- Perform general office services
- Handle clerical duties including data entry and filing
- Handle phone calls and customer enquiries
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 7 graduate or above
- Excellent computer knowledge & administration experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS office applications & Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately availability is preferred
