Job Description
Database Administrator (40-50K)
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Supports multiple database environments for various systems including general administration, monitoring and ad-hoc report generation
- Develops standards, procedures and techniques to support development and implementation of database applications including OLTP and Data Warehouse applications
- Provides database tuning and recommendation on the development project
- Takes part in ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- With professional database administration qualification, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) will be advantages
- Minimum 4 years of database administration experience in Oracle
- Proficiency in Oracle 10g/11g/12c, Real Application Clusters, GoldenGate, MS SQL and MySQL
- Experience working with Data Warehouse system
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills preferably with knowledge of financial services
- Independent, self-motivated, good team player and can work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
