Job Description
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above in IT or Computer Science
- Knowledge of CCNA would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Customer oriented, self motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
Job Responsibilities
- Perform workstation setup, onsite support and system administration work
- Problem solving for computer related tasks i.e. network, systems, printers, software and hardware
- Provide IT products procurement service to end user
- Liaise with vendor and other department on support IT services
- Ad-hoc task assigned by direct superior
