Responsibilities:

• Handle routine data processing & general clerical support on accounting
• Assist in various accounts payable functions, retail accounting operation, including issuing cheque payments, set up online payments, stocktaking
• Assist for the month-end closing and prepare financial / management reports
• Support during year-end audit
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Certificate in Accounting or Business preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good computer knowledge; proficient in MS Excel
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
