Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounting
• Responsible for prepare accounting journals, bank reconciliation, pretty cash reimbursement and invoicing
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecast

• Prepare month end report, financial statement and analysis
• Prepare AR AP aging reports
• Assist in budget preparation
• Direct report to Director
• Deal with Auditor

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma in Accounting / Finance or above
• HKICPA / ACCA Student is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years experience in full set accounting
• Accounting experience in building material industry preferred
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge / Experience in POS system would be an advantage
• Good Command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Remuneration and Benefits:

•         5.5 days work
•         Basis salary + Double Pay + Performance Bonus
•         Bank Holiday
•         13 days Annual leave, MPF
