Job Duties:

• Upholding the brand's image by providing high quality services to our customers at reception area
• Provide administrative supports to the Department
• Perform customer care calls and schedule appointment to customers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 2-3 years solid experience
• Customer service oriented are essential, telesales experience is highly preferred
• Good command in English and Cantonese including Putonghua
• Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office 
• Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills
• Progressive, sporty, self-motivated and outgoing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Supervisor
