Temporary Executive Assistant II (Fractional 50% Appointment) in the College of Life Sciences and Technology 

Duties:  The appointee will perform administration work for all short courses and work placement subject within the subject group, including enrollment services, student enquiries, communication with course tutors regarding their appointment letters and payments, arrangement of course materials, preparation of equipment for classes and other ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:  Candidates should possess a Bachelor degree and working experience in customer service, marketing and clerical support.  Good written and spoken English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in computer skills, ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential. 

Terms of appointment: The duration of the contract is around 7 months.  Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
