Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in daily administrative tasks of office and retail centre.
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, orientation, staff benefits, MPF, administration, maintain systematic personnel and leave record, prepare regular reports.
• Assists the Department Head in carrying out ad-hoc project and event management.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Solid HR and Administration exposure with minimum 2 years’ experience
• Familiar with HR practices, Employment Ordinance and MPF legislation
• Well-organized, proactive, high accuracy, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good writing skills in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

(working days: 5.5 days per week)
