Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to Director
- Manage compensation & benefits functions including payroll process, benefits administration, insurances, taxation, MPF administration and performance management
- Assist in reviewing HR policies, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other regulations
- Leave and attendance record checking, maintenance & updates
- Supervise Admin team
- Support and handle personal matters for Director
- Manage and assist all projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated, proactive and well organized
- Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
