Responsibilities:

• To support Dentsu Aegis Network Hong Kong teams on major pitch presentations – storytelling, design, look and feel and pitch collateral materials including credentials
• Work with global brand teams to create consistency for pitch materials
• Collate and submit new business information to regional and global contacts when requested
• Handle pitch  requests for information for the Hong Kong market
• Support CEO to devise a programme to reach out to clients and prospects
• Work with brand teams on the creation of key award entries and videos where needed
• Gather and identify newsworthy stories, thought pieces and case studies to create releases to share with local press in Hong Kong and work with the regional comms team in Singapore for regional press
• Creation and up keep of internal and external assets such as the global intranet NEON, social media channels and Hong Kong websites
• Manage PR tracking and quarterly reports
• Work with insight team to create infographics to showcase thought leadership in an engaging and sharable way and post to social channels
• Support with CSR drive within the business
•   Ensure Dentsu Aegis Network are professional in all aspects – press materials, presentations, newsletters, branding, awards
• Keel all new business information up-to-date and be responsive to requests
• Work with team to create sharable content for Dentsu Aegis Network Hong Kong owned channels
• Support on website creation and upkeep where needed
• Creation of press releases and editing of thought pieces
• Collaboration with regional marketing and communications team

Requirements:

• 5+ years solid experiences in marketing and communications
• Strong writing and award story telling skills
• Working experience in trade magazine
• Some contacts in the local press would be good
• Professional skills in presentation design, simple video editing email design
• Understanding of whole award system within the industry
• Event management skills
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Calm and positive attitude
• Detail orientated
• Passion for CSR
• Fluent English speaking and written, Cantonese and Mandarin  is a plus
