Program Details

The position is tailor-made for 2011, 2012 and 2013 Fresh Graduates, aiming to offer you a fast track to managerial level in one year. After twelve-month intensive career development programme, you are expected to be a manager who will be responsible for managing a team of junior advisers, marketing, project management and providing comprehensive financial strategies to our clients.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo a 12-month career development programme which offers comprehensive classroom and online training, China/overseas exposure, job attachments, on-the-job coaching and management mentorship in an intensive manner.

Requirements

• Degree graduate in any discipline
• Not having more than 4-year working experience

• Permanent resident of HK or workpermit holders in HK
