REQUIREMENTS

• F.5 or above with relevant training preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Well versed in shipping and customs documents
• Responsible, careful, and energetic

DUTIES

• Handle all shipping activities of the company
• Preparing shipping invoices and waybills
• Handling customs documents
• Coordinating with forwarders
• Manage shipping assistant staff
