Role and Responsibilities

• Accountable for direct selling of freight forwarding solutions.  Establishing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships that typically go beyond the sale of a single point solution
• Develop pipeline of new business growth outside of assigned accounts
• Accountable for developing, leading and meeting/exceeding Area’s sales and revenue plans
• Build up a strong business relationship with the customers and suppliers
• Work closely with Customer Operations Manager monitoring of KPIs and improvement of services
• Identify local decision makers at different levels in the organization and share information with the respective account management
• Manage QBR meetings with main local decision makers and invite local management / products heads to meet with the customers
• Focus on Account Receivables to support collection outstanding invoices when required
• Drive and engage with customer for the RFI/RFP/RFQs in the formulation of a win strategy
• Create SOP as per customer expectations and agreement maintaining updated version. Ensure operations team guarantee understanding and execution of the agreements
  
• Any other project assigned by the management

Education, Experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• 5 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
• Proficient in both written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications and equip with good power-point presentation skill
• Strong organization, communication skill and problem solving
• Good analytical skill and clear mind in account management
