Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming malls, emails, telephone calls and filling documents
- Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule
- Coordinate with both relevant internal and external parties
- Provide quality office administration services to ensure smooth office operation
- Assist in Ad hoc project
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above education level qualification
- 1-2 year relative experience is preferred
- Excellent command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- knowledge in garment industry is highly preferred
- Frequent travel to China is required
