Responsibilities

• Product design & development, from initial concept to sample approval, prepare sketches and relevant documents
• Sourcing, price negotiate, sample requisition according to management team requirements
• Conduct worldwide market research and benchmark analysis through retail shopping / Internet for updating fashion trend and reflect to the suppliers for product development
• Analyze products performance to identify bestsellers, potential markdowns product
• Prepare trend presentation of researched market trends, eg. styling, color, fabric & trim direction
• To review, analyze the brand performance in the markets
• Occasional travel may be required

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma qualified with 4 - 6 years’ solid experience with multi brand experience inLifestyle Casual Wear
• Must be aware of the different aspects of the fashion industry and must have a sense of style, mix & match and passion for fashion
• Product expertise for oversea market
• With strong fashion and numerical sense.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Have a positive working attitude
