Main Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Compile various accounting and financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely of the reports
• Prepare & ensure accuracy of all types of reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in the FlexSystem
• Maintain updated charts of Accounts & Analysis Code in FlexSystem
• Assist Head of Accounts Department to handle accounting duties of Directors’ investment
• Assist Head of Accounts Department to enhance and develop the Accounting System
• Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner
• Handle ad hoc tasks

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy
• Qualified Accountant is preferred (e.g. ACCA, HKICPA)
• Over 2 years of working experience in relevant field
• Highly independent and attentive to details
• Good interpersonal communication with internal and external parties
• Strong sense in confidentiality
