Job Description

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Full-time / Part-time)

 

Assist superiors to perform all rounded duties in accounting and business services to clients including full set of books, management reporting etc.

 

Duties would include but not be limited to:

  •          Assisting with a/c activities, supporting a/c operations, handling and maintaining files of expenses & invoices etc.
  •          Updating, verifying and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other financial records
  •          Handle bank reconciliation, payment and transactions
  •          Handle cheque book and petty cash
  •          Prepare periodic various accounting and financial reports
  •          Assist and liaise for audit
  •          Assist and liaise for tax
  •          Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to provide excellent services to clients
  •          Assist in ad hoc projects

 Requirements: 

  •          Preferred Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance field or LCCI Intermediate or above
  •          Preferred 1 or more year working experience in Accounting
  •          Familiar or experience with various accounting software or systems
  •          Attention to detail with good numerical & analytical skills
  •          Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  •          Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications of Word and Excel
  •          Good command of written and spoken English
  •          Good communications and interpersonal skills
  •          Attention to detail, willing to learn & work under pressure

 

ACCOUNTING OFFICER (Full-time / Part-time)

 

Independently or leading accounting assistants to perform all rounded duties in accounting and business services to clients including full set of books, management reporting etc.

 

Duties would include but not be limited to:

  •          Managing a/c activities, supporting a/c operations, handling and maintaining files of expenses & invoices etc.
  •          Updating, verifying and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other financial records
  •          Handle bank reconciliation, payment and transactions
  •          Handle cheque book and petty cash
  •          Prepare periodic various accounting and financial reports
  •          Liaise for audit, tax, company secretarial and other issues
  •          Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to provide excellent services to clients
  •          Assist in/carry out ad hoc projects

 Requirements: 

  •          Preferred Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance field or LCCI Intermediate or above
  •          Preferred 3 or more years working experience in Accounting and related fields
  •          Familiar or experience with various accounting software or systems
  •          Attention to detail with good numerical & analytical skills

ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Full-time)

 

Manage accounting teams to deliver excellent services to clients in the performance of all rounded duties in accounting and business services to clients including full set of books, management reporting etc.

 

Duties would include but not be limited to: 

  •          Hands-on, practical approach to guiding and assisting accounting officers and their teams to provide a/c activities, support a/c operations, handle and maintain files of expenses & invoices etc.
  •          Updating, verifying and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other financial records
  •          Handle bank reconciliation, payment and transactions
  •          Handle cheque book and petty cash
  •          Prepare periodic various accounting and financial reports
  •          Liaise for audit
  •          Liaise for tax, company secretarial and other services
  •          Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to provide excellent services to clients
  •          Carry out ad hoc projects

 Requirements: 

  •          Preferred professional accounting qualification or making good progress towards obtaining qualification
  •          Preferred 5 or more years working experience in Accounting and related fields
  •          Familiar or experience with various accounting software or systems
  •          Attention to detail with good numerical & analytical skills
  •          Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  •          Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications of Word and Excel
  •          Good command of written and spoken English
  •          Good communications and interpersonal skills
  •          Mature, Independent, Management skills
  •               Attention to detail, motivated to learn, coach & work under pressure
