Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the senior managements to enhance overall effectiveness of the human capital within the organization
• Lead a team to provide full spectrum HR services including manpower planning and budgeting, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and training, performance management and enhancement of HR policy and procedures
• Manage full recruitment cycle from interview to offer stage and beyond
• Engage business leaders to understand business needs and offer HR-related advices which improve staff performance and morale
• Manage and execute ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
  

Education, Experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid relevant experiences in HK & China, preferably in Freight/ Ocean forwarding industries
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and China Labour Law
• Proficiency in using of MS Office
• Hands-on experience in HRPro is preferable
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and being tactful to deal with all levels of people in different departments and sessions
• Occasional travel will be required
• Immediate available preferred
