Job Description
1. Provide or coordinate daily administrative support including calendar, travel, expense reports management, materials preparation for Asia CEO;
2. Organize meetings, events and other activities under the instruction of Asia CEO;
3. Coordinate with internal and external departments/counterparties to arrange and plan for executive’s business schedule and activities;
4. Assist Asia CEO in handling day-to-day operations, including org. chart, business PPT etc. and maintaining communication loop with management team;
5. Overall office Administration management of day to day activities
7. Archiving and Filing systems
8. Liaising with office contractors, including IT service providers & building maintenance as required
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Excellent English, Cantonese and Chinese language skills, verbal and written
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
5. Friendly, quick learning, independent, self-motivated, considerate, pro-active and good team player.
6. Excellent communication and organization skills; good time management for emergent issues and priorities.
