Our client, a Financial Services Provider, is seeking to hire Project Management Officers to join their team.

Job Description:

• Perform role of a project coordinator
• Assist clients with the management of projects pertaining to listing and merger & acquisition documentation
• Liaise with third party vendors including translators, compliance advisors and legal counsels
• Recommend suitable third party vendors to clients
• Ensure all documents are accurately translated into the appropriate language by the translation vendors
• Vet and review documents
• Assist with any other administrative work

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in project management, or translation services is preferred, but not mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
